Description
This dataset corresponds to Table S1, "Transcriptomic Features Included in Joint Pathway Analysis", from the Journal of Dairy Science (JDS) manuscript "Multi-omics integration and functional pathway analysis identify plasma signatures of lameness in dairy cows." The dataset contains gene-level transcriptomic features used in the joint pathway analysis, together with summary statistics obtained from DESeq2 differential expression analysis, including mean normalised count, log2 fold change, standard error of the log2 fold change estimate, raw p-value, and false discovery rate (FDR)-adjusted p-value.
