Supplementary Table 2: Substrate kinetics during stage 1 (low dose insulin infusion) and stage 2 (high dose insulin infusion) of the euglycaemic hyperinsulinaemic clamp in MASLD patients and controls. Results expressed as mean (SD) for normally distributed data. Serial Adipo-IR was not normally distributed, hence results are presented as median (IQR). Glucose Rd = rate of glucose disposal, EGP = Endogenous Glucose Production, Adipo-IR = Adipose Tissue Insulin Resistance; NEFA = Non-Esterified Fatty Acids.
