Predictors of Relapsing MOGAD: A Scoping Review

Before This scoping review was conducted with the aim of generating an understanding of the current literature about predictors of relapsing myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein antibody associated disease (R-MOGAD). The primary outcome was to identify the most suitable predictors to be inputted into the primary analysis of the statistical model for the Study Protocol - modelling predictors for relapsing disease in MOGAD, doi.org/10.17639/nott.7368. Choosing the right independent variables that are causative and not confounding is key to a successful logistic regression model. The secondary outcome was to find alternative, less investigated potential predictors to be inputted into the model as a sensitivity analysis. It also provided guidance on what future research should focus on by contextualising each predictor and their given parameters. Collection dates: up to 12/10/2023
