Condition and change R code for APSIS InSAR data

Description
A set of scripts that can be run on InSAR APSIS data over the time interval of 11 May 2015 to 05 January 2023 to produce average condition probability classifications for 1st and last 4 years and trajectories of change between the 1st and last 4 years plus change between consecutive years from March to April.
