This database contains the peak lists extracted from cryo-OrbiSIMS mass spectrum of three samples: control 50S precursor ribosomes, those reacted with Erm and SAM and those reacted with Erm and N6-mustard analog of SAM. The data was collected using the cryo-OrbiSIMS facilities at University of Nottingham and processed using the SurfaceLab7 software to extract the peak lists. Collection dates: 13 July 2023
