127 drilling cycles from a prototype drilling end-effector (based on a Fanuc 0i-F CNC) on an industrial robot (Fanuc M800-iA).
These were made for the purpose of training an anomaly detection algorithm for aerospace drilling.
109 normal cycles.
18 induced anomalies including tool breakage, incorrect cutting parameters, and workpiece defects.
The normal condition uses a 4.8mm drill bit at 2000rpm and 150mmpm to drill a hole in 6mm thickness aluminium (Al 6082)
