Description
305 drilling cycles from a prototype drilling end-effector (based on a Fanuc 0i-F CNC) on an industrial robot (Fanuc M800-iA).
These were made for the purpose of training an anomaly detection algorithm for aerospace drilling.
98 Normal cycles - which are best sorted into Pass / Fail by some industrial tolerances on burr and diameter.
48 Low Pressure - using half pressure on the clamping pressure foot.
61 Short - setting drill bit back in collet, not breaking through the second layer.
48 Interlayer Gap - washers between the plates, forcing a gap.
48 Uneven - drill bit face ground to move point off-centre.
